Seven is female and five is male.

Thats what I thought.
All of Them Have Seven Leaves Except two of them.
And I have No Idea What They All Are Except They're all dank...And One Of them has had purple where the flower comes in and at the stems since it sprouted. And The purple one stinks already. Yay!I know which one I'm claimin!!!

Perhaps different strains or not IBL stain.In one stain not uniform each plant.

i have even number of leaves on my plant. on leave has 8 segments. some are 3 some are 5 some are 7 some are 9. soon i hope for 11

I'd be very careful what I believe about anything your boyfriend says after that. Gave me a chuckle anyway. Take a closer look at your leaves and you'll see that they get more 'points' the further up the plant they are ... that's a horrible description but you'll see what I mean. Look at ALX420's answer - might give you the idea. Anyhow, good luck with that b/f - and your plants of course!

P.S. On the other hand, you could just tell him, "I guess size does matter sweetie. Too bad you're only a five-pointer." LOL

You're boyfriend is wrong.
The leaf set goes up as the plant grow and goes down as the plant flowers.
