Am I tripping or is this a hermie

I may just be tripping out but wanted to make sure. is this just a normal part of a female or is it starting to make sacs? They look like under developed seeds with brown hairs sticking out. All my plants have them

What you guys think?

No they are empty. Plants just completed week 3 of flower
