Amazon accounts anyone

Does anyone sell on Amazon? Im just sniffing around for tips. i would like to start a seller account and am researchin what to sell, completely new to it . Obviously im not gonna ask people to tell me whats successful for them , but perhaps just a couple of things like; how do you know how many of an item to source? do you concentrate on a niche area or just sell 'everything' (ie anythin which has a good market). what about Cannabis related products accessories,any good? Dumb questions I know so excuse me in advance....any tips appreciated. signin off...Captain Spliffheart.

Just do eBay and get a PayPal account. Then you can sell anything you want, and there are enough fools out there that will buy it, of that I am pretty sure.

Basically you are saying you have absolutely no idea how to run a business. Maybe get to school and take a business class or get on amazon and buy some books.

Running any kind of business including e-commerce takes a business plan and lots of knowledge.
You can start by your areas of interest?
You don't have to stock or buy anything if you can get the wholesaler to drop ship for you.
As said before me you need to learn.
Go read for a month or three and contact your local SBA Office.
They offer free guidance in starting and running a biz.

No. I have ran a few businesses. I am talking specifically about Amazon.

Dont think you could do dropshipping on Amazon. Would take too long to post out items hence negative feedback etc....but thanks for advice.

I sell some stuff on ebay and they are STRICT about what you can and can't sell.

They will even kick you off for useing certan phrases .

Their policys about what can be sold are not always clear, sometimes you can , sometimes they will kick you off

Wow, thats interesting yeah I heard the Ebay/Amazon gig is a bit treacherous to say the least. I know someone who had his amazon account closed and he doesnt know the reason, hence my OP etc. Thanks Liberty food for thought methinks!

I sell on Amazon. Pretty easy to do. Fuck ebay and PayPal. T hose fuckers double dip on everything and they can freeze your account for no reason.

Basically I sell computer parts and electronics. I get them cheap or barter on craigslist.
Nice couple grand every year without doing much work

just be sure to stay within their guidelines, and ship on time...

and by guidelines I mean...if its weed related... list it's generic/alternate use...

ie...
bho tube.... = herbal extractor
weed grinder = herb grinder

but keep in mind, only accessories get on there...I dont think I've seen too many pipes...
