I know on the nails. I've met a few unfriendly two by fours in the last couple months.
I did my best to try to move it to another area in the house but the wife said absolutely not so I took this is my last resort.
I've got it super insulated on the outside, half inch plywood and the inside I've got reflictix and I'm putting in a combination air conditioner heater and dehumidifier plus i have a five foot run venting from a room in our house which is kept at constant 73. I think my battle is for those last few degrees and the humidity here in a very humid state. I think... ? Thanks for the responses!!

That came out weird. Running your a/c to your grow room is asking for trouble. That vent can act as a passive intake and when your exhaust is running it will be sucking the cool air out of your entire house.
