Another 1st grow.. Am I doing it right??

Hi everyone I'm just gonna post some pics to help me with a couple issues..
First that burn-like thing on the leaf (pic1) is it normal? Sometimes i water them with a low pressure sprayer and some drops stay on leaves if that's the case..

Also I still use distilled water cause my ph meter haven't arrive yet and i don't wanna mess up the soil.. From their growth they look that they got everything they need from soil.. Which is good cause a couple days before i transplanted those 2 bigger ladies (Green-O-Matic) from smaller pots cause their roots where getting out of it (pic2).

This setup (pic3) was yesterday but in their 4 hour darkness the two new seedlings (Top69 / Deimos) popped out (pic4) so i did a small rearrangement (pic5-6). Do you think that distance and power (4x25w +18w cfl ) of lighting is ok?

Also i had a accident with my red dwarf on the right in his first growing day and the pot was drop and spilled most of the soil out and the root was visible for a second. Do you think had a bad stunt or it will be ok?

not a bad start at all, i dropped one of my plants when i was sprouting as well, didnt harm it much i wouldnt be worried
