Another first grow. Suggestions??

Here is my Blue Mystic (fem seed) from Nirvana. 17"X8"X17" PC case. I have cut a hole at the bottom of the case and then in the top of a large container so the pot sits flush with the bottom of the case and will allow me to utilize all the available space. This also allows me to water inside the case, and I dump the run off every other week. One case fan at the bottom front for intake, another at the top rear for exhaust. A third 120mm fan inside that can be moved for more air when needed. I started this grow on 9/13 (when the seed popped) and I'm growing in Big City Hydro Mix with some larger lava rocks at the bottom for good drainage. The pot is small, 6" diameter, 5.5" in height. Water is 24 hour tap water. PH'ed to 5.5 - 6.0 (using GH PH test kit). Nutes are Fox Farm Trio. Started first nute feed last week with 1/4 nutes, then plain water the next day, then nothing until today, when I went with 1/2 strength nutes. I've been making sure I got a good 20 - 30% runoff each time I've watered and my PH coming out is the same that goes in. She's under 24 hours of light using (for now) 2 6500K CLFs, mind goes blank on the exact wattage for now. Lights kept close, around 4 - 6 inches away. More lights will be added as it grows. Temp stays an avg of 77, with lows at 74 and highs around 81.

So, overall, I'm pretty happy with her. She's growing rather quickly as far as I can tell...

Now are my concerns.

I've had some splotchy colors on many leaves. Some light greens and a rust spot or 2. Do I need Cal/Mag????

Also, they look deformed and/or mis-shapen. Please see pics and let me know. I'm so new to all this, so any help is very much appreciated.

Any advice on the funny shape the leaves are making, or the slight discoloration?? With a coco coir grow, am I doomed by not giving it a cal/mag supplement?? I know that Grow Big has some Mag in it already (0.60% stated on the bottle). What about the calcium bit... ???
