Another is it ready...

Ok all I know how frustrating these "are they ready" threads can be!

I know when to harvest and know where I want my flowers to be before I harvest but it is always nice to get knowledgeable thoughts and opinions.

These are my two indoor "The Black" girls at day 49 of flower under a 600w HPS.

75% clear and 25% cloudy no amber yet!

nope nope nope .... cut it down and throw it in the trash terrible just terrible....and your trash day is when?......I'll be over to check... I prefer it be in a yellow trash bag, just the colas....good job man, feels good when it comes to the end with no real issues...now you just have to dry and cure without getting MOLD....the growers worst nightmare!

LOL...Well with all of our successes we do have failures! If you look at the first pic closely you can see my nute burned Agent Orange photo bombing on the left! I even put her up on a bucket to get her closer to the light! She will most likely be trashed so look for a yellow trash bag!

And on the MOLD issue, there is always that concern hence the dehumidifier in the pics. These flowers are so dense that I am going to have to pay particular attention to em during the dry process!

The other thing about this strain is I also grew one outdoors this summer and these two are clones from the outdoor plant. Everything in the grow process was the same, same soil, same nutes only difference was one had natural sunlight the other were under 600w HPS! What a difference the outdoors were not as full and dense. These ones I have Calyce's stacking on Calyce's!

Thanks for the comments

You know I really have no clue...to venture a guess and going just by General heft and feel I am guessing that topmost cola.weighs more than an Oz but it is wet, of course .

As a visual example and to show the differences, below is my outdoor The Black that yielded 8 oz's!

I figured that...maybe also known as "foxtail" ?

The definitely are stacking "knuckles"

Thanks

No! Foxtails are when the entire bud puffs up and gets airy. Definitely a bad thing.
Knuckles are dense knots that swell out of the bud & they rock!

I appreciate your optimistic outlook! I am just excited to see how it turns out as a finished product as it is sooo different than the outdoors sunshine grown! The outdoor plant definitely were fluffier and airy flowers!

I am going to let one of the two here "amber" up more....

Cheers
