Another quick question about lights out period

Is it ok for me to turn a green light bulb on temperarily during the sleeping period? There have been many times that i would like to mess with my *baby* but i havent cause i kno there sleep is important. But i think i read somewhere that its ok to use a green light. I kno that plants dont use any green light, but would this lead to hermies?

But best is to leave em alone, do what ya need to do while lights are on

green light are perfectly harmless while on during lights out time and will n no way result in hermies...even jorge cervantes agrees....lol....

its bright light constantly beaming on your plants when lights out that will cause harm. but yes green is the color you want.
