Another whats my deficiency post

Well lads, having issues with this plant.

Fastbuds gorilla glue auto
Grown in sohum livin soil in a fabric pot sub irrigated planter.
3500k bridgelux eb strip leds.
Water only no nutes.
2(ish) weeks since it started flowering

Whats the deficiency im having?

First pic under the lights, 2nd in natural light, 3rd whole plant.

looks like N to me. looks hungry in general.

Yeah i was told when i started this grow there wouldn't be enough nutes to sustain the entire grow due to the small pots im using. Ive had other plants from the same run show N def but when i fed a weak comfrey tea they burned. Maybe ill try a weaker solution.

getogrow hit the nail on the head. Your plant is hungry and is screaming feed me.

yea she needs a high dose of npk.....whatever you can find to suit your grow. i personally would have to give her a dose of chems to make me happy. others could give you a more effective organic formula to feed um quick

Getogrow is right. Hit them with chemical nutes if you got them because that deficiency is climbing up the plant bad for this stage. I see four sets of fans starting to yellow to different degrees

There's a lil Mg def in there too. That plant is only going to get hungrier the later in flower. Better get ahead of it now.

Not an organic grower though have done some in the past. Top dressing of worm castings will put some N in there. And I agree with macsnax on the Mg. You can foliar feed or water with a medium light dose of epsom salts 1/2 tsp/gal and should see quick improvement.

Differing opinions but for the future perhaps try some chicken manure in your mix. I’ve tried a lot of different stuff and it’s great. It’s the primary source of nitrogen in all Epsoma products and plants stay green through flower.

don't bomb them with nutes, ramp it up, let them get used to it or you'll get the claw and some tip burn. even the guys who have been doing no till organics forever end up top dressing through flower, or they get bad mag and fading problems...

Yes , chicken shit is HOT .....full of plant soluble N. That would prolly keep um green but i recommend a regular dose of any plant food with a balanced npk. then in a week or so hit um with something more PK heavy. I am an organic guy too but its too late for that plant to wait for organics to work. True organics is very hard to do in small pots but it can be done.

I give them a balanced fert. Chicken shit is the nitrogen source. Epsoma fertilizers are great and keep them from an early fade. Kicks the shit out of trash like fox farms ferts. The chicken shit in the Epsoma products is not very hot at all and never experience burning or claw. Great products. Been using them for a while after many years of experimenting with others. To the poster...in the future, I’d recommend looking into some Epsoma products if you want simple, easy and healthy.

Maybe little bit of blood meal top dress watered in for the nitrogen.

I would feed it some cal mag as well. If you base nutrient doesn’t have a lot you should supplement with that. I had a Mg deficiency. I used cal mag and it cleared up quickly.

Also make sure your ph is in order. Too high and the plant doesn’t take up certain nutrients.

cant go wrong with a bit of cal mag to go with your regular food but PH is certainly not something to waste time on IF your in real soil.

yea, i was talking about real chicken shit ...fresh out the ass I too like epsoma products and most any product that dont cost like adavanced does. I always keep a few bottles of fox farm around though, good quick chem. All my house plants love it. You can make way better stuff at home with a lil soil, castings and air but a bottle of big bloom will never hurt any plants.

Sound for the help lads, ill feed some chem nutes next watering to get these girls sorted and ill add some amendments to the soil before starting anymore.

I have bio bizz bloom and grow, what strength should i start with, 1/4 strength since they havent had any nutes or would 1/2 strength have a quicker impact on them?

First dose ....full. next ones can be a bit weaker. If you got MG or peters laying around that would be perfect for right now till your good food comes.

Morning Smiff,
I think iot's best to assume the directions on the nute bottles are way to hot. They usually are. So for me...I'd assume 1/2 strength is my target goal. And start at 1/4. You may never reach full strength...but lots of guys think that way. Time and again I see burned plants from full srength nutes. Just an opinion. You can put it in but you can't take it out.
