No I know my rights, I know the constitution, I know the laws. My job is in a highlyrics patrolled area for.drugs and I see literally 20 people pulled over a day. I have a 2Dr Tahoe so I right the certain constitutional ammendment on my windows and pull my truck by the police stop. The police get pissed and attempt to harass me but it does not work. The police hate me
Knowing your rights and making sure they are not infringed upon is every Americans "Obligation". Intentionally interfering with the police in the line of duty is totally different and simply wrong. And is more than just "Part of the Problem" You may not know the laws as well as you think. The need to post your belligerence on your truck and harass the man sounds a lot like the guilty dog barking first. Intentionally propagating discourse and civel unrest by the likes of you is why the police are always more on edge than need be. Like I said. If they are cleaning up your neighborhood ....That's what you pay them for.

so you'd rather have the police indiscriminately throw innocent people in jail because they didn't like how they acted..OPENLY STATING YOU WANT TO INFRINGE ON FREE PEOPLES RIGHTS..because they "might be a scumbag" and they "might harm my family"..you want to infringe on a whole nations rights over some hypothetical situation..you're a f'ing douche!.
No what I'm saying is that just because the child molester with his hostage in the trunk isn't speeding or have a headlight out that he should be aloud to cross the roadblock at the state line without being questioned. Because if you think everyone except the police should be aloud to do as they see fit, you may change your mind when your next door neighbor rapes your daughter. What? You didn't know he was a risk when he moved in. He was convicted twice. But you defend his right not be stereotyped and placed on a list that honest citizens can see and react accordingly. Grow up or life will catch you napping.

So let me get this straight, if the police antagonize you for no reason..it's their right and you should go along with it..but if you antagonize the police, for a just reason..you are at fault and get what you deserve..you bend over to cops because it's "easier" for you..but all that does i promote them to get more aggressive with others and be aggressive when others actually flex their rights.YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.

Like I said. If they are cleaning up your neighborhood ....That's what you pay them for.
LOL..you really need to learn about your country..the police have NO OBLIGATION to protect you..only to uphold law. here's is the big case that set the precedent.

Someone with prior felonies falls into a special category..they lost some of their rights when they were found guilty..I can't argue the fact the a convicted felon might not have the right to refuse..but someone like me who has NO criminal record whatsoever..they can go to hell. Or even a "suspected" child molester..I'm sorry but I will ALWAYS side with liberty, rather than infringe on someone who "might" be a bad person. You're trying to criminalize, and punish people for thought..rather than action, can't you understand the difference?

I think the fact the drinking and driving is illegal is dumb. The fact is the hundreds of thousand of people(400,000 according to M.A.D.D) consume alcohol and then drive everyday in this country, yet fatalities are in the low double digits on a daily basis(appx 20-25/day), about 0.0000625% of those who drink, or .001% of the country..so the whole country is punished and criminalized over .001% of our population, of which only 7.1428571428571428571428571428571e-8% (just figure .0000000000000000001%) actually create a situation where law enforcement is needed..should the actions of 20-25 people..or even 10,000 dictate law for 350,000,000???

how is running from a car, using someone else's tazer to hurt someone "flexing your rights"? this is what really grinds my gears, people choose the worst examples as their poster boy and then when the evidence falls and reveals the maniac for what it is people just become further divided and conquered.

we need more cliven bundy incidents, now that was fuckin flexing your rights correctly 8-)ss-140413-nevada-cattle-standoff-12.jpg

Your loosing track of the point. We were talking about indiscriminant harassment of all officers with no intent other than causing discourse. Not Police needlessly antagonizing you.
I don't "bend over" for the police I just have enough common since to know the difference between being part of the solution to an issue and having been done an illegal justice.
The garden is awake now so I will go and play there for awhile.
Its obvious to me that you argue for the sake of arguing. And I don't feel like playing with you anymore.
Just think about this. The problem is not all police and it is not all the citizens. But people like you that exacerbate civil unrest while not "knowing the whole story, and think its funny to harass a man while trying to perform his job is in my opinion " A Major Part of The Problem"

P.S. Don't believe everything you read.

It was child support not murder not burglary he is an ex coast guard along with the officer. He was 50 years old should he have ran no should he have fabricated a story probably not but sometimes it's the best as the truth may hurt lol. The cop is wrong for putting 8 bullets into Someone's back. When I took my concealed weapons permit I was told 2 things 1. never shoot someone running away Esp In the back and 2. If you shoot make sure you kill as a dead man can tell no lies

people in America are so brainwashed we think we're the most free people in the world. Not even close. Go visit some other places and tell me we're free. This is a police state and a lot of folks like it like that. Some of them are posting here

reading comprehension..work on it.. those comments were made about someone putting their constitutional rights on the side of their vehicle and driving by police who were stopping people, that is flexing your rights..or refusing to bow to illegal police aggression...not running from police..not stealing a tazer..which never happened..the dirty cop planted it....

You still seem to be missing my point . We were talking about indiscriminant harassment of all officers with no intent other than causing discourse being "part of the problem". Not if its legal for you to stand up for your rights.

No what I'm saying is that just because the police officer is speeding or has a headlight out that he should be aloud to continue without being questioned. Because if you think everyone should be aloud to do as they see fit, you may change your mind when the cop living next door neighbor rapes your daughter. What? You didn't know he was a risk when he moved in. He was reported twice for misconduct. But you defend his right not be stereotyped and placed on a list that honest citizens can see and react accordingly. Grow up or life will catch you napping.

I don't do it for fun.. i do it as retribution. I was almost f'ed over by a couple douche cops..you won't believe the story because i'm just an antagonist..but I was almost arrested for grand theft auto and kidnapping..because I called the police because SOMEONE ELSE damaged MY property when i wasn't there, and when i came home to find they were still there I called the police. Because it was a couple 20 something cute girls they got the golden treatment while I was harassed, talked down to, had my papers ran and then was threatened with arrest....On MY OWN PROPERTY, WHERE i HAD DONE NOTHING ILLEGAL! and that wasn't the first incident..You let them fuck you in the ass..I'm going to fight back...any....way...possible.

ret·ri·bu·tion
ˌretrəˈbyo͞oSH(ə)n/
noun
noun: retribution
  1. punishment inflicted on someone as vengeance for a wrong or criminal act.
  2. Sounds like you want the cops job. And this is because you had an encounter with what may or may not have been a bad cop. I suspect You came at him as you do here and he took offence and gave you the respect you deserved. But there again I was not there and do not "Know the whole story" But most stories are like the old game telephone. Not the same after a couple dozen reiterations.

.

no.

it's why he ran.

the guy changed his words around during initial interaction.

- then -

he got out of car to 'talk' more..bad move..always stay in your car.

- then -

he bolted because he knew something was going to be found.
I'm still waiting for the part where he deserved to be murdered

you mean like the ones he didn't possess while driving a vehicle 'that he was gonna buy, but doesn't have paperwork for..friend is letting him drive around for a few day while he decides if he wants?" AND a warrant?

the cops shot 8 times..how many times was the suspect hit?

when my ex used his gun for the first time in the line of duty wasn't until he was retired from his first; onto his second..traffic stop, guy fleed..smashed into a tree, ran, shot in the back (gun emptied) and hospitalized.

he was put on paid leave while all was investigated (2 months).

shoot: justified.

when someone is fleeing, the object of the game: bring it down. there's no time to position yourself while running, stop, take careful aim and shoot one round.

that's cop show fantasy.
To shoot someone in the back unarmed is cowardly.
