City of Jacksonville, FL hired exclusively blacks for their fireman training program and had the lowest pass/fail rates ever. Hired those who failed to pass anyway. Your little attempt to move the goalpost from "affirmative action is not racism" to "they still met minimum standards" didn't go unnoticed. And some of those firemen didn't meet meet the minimum standards, either.

i would be embarrassed if that was me...its a shame i need extra help bc I'm not as good ..or maybe i am..but ill never know bc I'm in a special program to get a job instead of earning it and beating out the person next to me

This is the problem with political correctness. They forget the reason for the fire department in the first place.

A person that is not strong enough or whatever enough puts himself and others in danger. The city of Jacksonville is risking these people's lives. They are doing this in the marines with women in front line combat infantry units as well. Got to make it 'Fair'.... *sigh*

losers can put whatever they want it doesnt bother me I'm comfortable in my skin and live a good life ..have nice things ..great family ...and proud of who i am..dopnt blame others for my faults or not getting where i want to be ...

Affirmative Action is policy of favoring members of a racial group who may or may not suffer from discrimination within a culture. A rich lawyer got a $8 million paving contract because he was black, then hired the white contractor who had bid $3 million to do the work. This wealthy lawyer was certainly not disadvantaged. You are using doublespeak to mislead.
