My plants aren't growing very fast, and I think it's due to high temps and/or wood chips in my soil.

Lights are on 18/6, 6am to 12am. If I change that to 10pm-4pm, is that going to have a negative effect on the plants?

And then I'll prob have to readjust the time to account for our shorter summers in like a month from now, prob back to 6am-12am. Any negative effect?

If heats a problem then definitely switch to having lights on at night when it's cooler. No worries about changing the timer. Just set it for the different time and keep on growing.

Good luck with your grow.

I had a black cat years ago when I was living in an apartment. It had free roam in the complex. There was a tree close enough to my balcony that it would jump onto the tree and roam around and then jump back from the tree to my deck and come home. One night it didn't come home. A week or so later an apartment on the ground floor with a patio that I could see from my deck I saw a lady and a couple of kids with my cat. I watched for awhile but decided to do nothing. After watching the kids playing with the cat I decided that the best place for the cat was where it had decided to go. We had never bonded anyway and they all seemed happy so I left well enough alone.

I don't dislike cats I just have no desire to have one as a pet. I like Chihuahuas though. My favorite breed of dog. They're an acquired taste. Temperamental little shits they are. Definitely not for everyone.
