Any experience w/LEDs that don’t completely shut off? Help.

So I added another light in my grow room for my bloom cycle. I have not seen any “bananas” and did a check last night. This second light I noticed last week that when the lights shut off, it retains a very low output that while I cannot notice it in the tent if I look up at the bulbs, they are on. How bad is this? I’ve been goin outta my way to unplug or switch it off manually most days but I’ve been forgetting sometimes. It’s day now so I can’t show with pics. Help me out with some knowledge and if I can do something easier if possible. I’m so close to harvest(4-5weeks) n I’d hate to crash at the finish line.

My mars hydro ts1000 does this. Well, to explain, it only does this at the switch. Unplugging it cut the light completely obviously but when I let the mechanical timer shut it off, it cut the light completely as well...If I were to just operate the light by the switch on top, about 30% of my board stays dimly lit.
