Any idea what this issue is and how to fix?

Maybe. At this stage they're using a lot of K.
Its hard to tell without more info

It could be a couple things Possible phosphate, magnesium or potasium def.. because its at the margins of the leaves and not starting by the inner veins im going with phosphate..

Temp 82f
Lighting is hlg led
Rh is too high for my liking at 68% (best i can do)
Ec is about 1.5
Using veg + bloom and shine.

It's seems like an issue with just this one plant.
