any ideas to keep temp down

alrite ive got 12 plants i just put 2 12/12 today it was fine in there till i put my 600watt hps in there an replaced 1 of my cfl so i have 1 cfl red 300watt an a 600watt hps ive got intake outake an a normal fan but room temp stays about 87-90 degrees f which i know is too hot any tips can use too bring it down i can get it too about 84 85 wiv fans runnin non stop but killing electric as im on metre any tips please comment
 
what i'm bout to do is turn my crop off for 30+ hours then switch my lights on at night instead of during the day
 
i use a portable ac unit works wonder and u can pick em up in home depot or on ebay for bout 80$ :-D. A swamp cooler would also help u out a lot and those arent to expensive. I believe theres a few DIY on swamp coolers in the DIY Section. Happy Growing. :-D
 
Yes i would not worry bout the electric bill over the babies {electric bill being high is only a prob if u cant afford it}
so if u can get down to 83 with just fans thats great! USE THEM ALL DAY or go with ac but thats even higher on bill. 79f is the best temp if u ask me and 83 is not bad. 90 is a lil too warm but some plants will adapt better than others. A good fan= bout the same electricity as 2 100watt bulbs (no big deal) HAVE FUN!!!
