ANY one ever grown in anchorage?

You sound a lot like Barry Cooper. In all the years he busted pot heads he never had one puke on him or in the back seat of his cruiser; never had one take a swing at him or pull a gun or knife; nothing like damn drunks do all the time and yet that shit is legal. Alcohol and tobacco kill over a million Americans a year and they are legal but pot has never killed one single person, in any country, in thousands of years. It makes people mellow and kills pain faster than anything else. It helps with so many things but the government made a deal with the devil and now those that want to make it legal are having a hard time backing out of the deal. Too many lives destroyed over something that was made illegal by lies and manipulation.

I always looked at the pot stuff as a non issue, that crowd never caused much trouble, minus those who stole power. Or every now and then the growers in their early 20's who had a bunch of money to throw parties and keep the neighbors up. Frankly I didn't really get to wound up about the coke traffickers either. The two main defense attorneys for that crowd now seem to own half of anchorage.

Bootleggers we tended to be pretty heavy handed with, just for the fact that booze brings havoc to our native communities. Throw in meth and heroin and it's just a bad mix. Out here in houston it's just heartbreaking to watch, I see them haul off one to two overdose cases every friday night. Usually young kids, or parents of young children.

Rak on Tur', any "inside intel" you can give us as advice (like you did a couple of posts back) would be greatly appreciated.
I'm assuming the no trespassing sign comment was what caught your attention? The one thing that should be cleared up since I have read it on a few forums over the years, is that a no trespassing sign alone does not require a law enforcement official to obtain a warrant before entering on to your property.

Now when you have a locked gate, chain, or anything to impede traffic entering on to your property, along with no trespassing signs it changes. You can not have a walkway around the gate, something to keep in mind. When a person must go around a gate to enter your property they are trespassing. Which under our state privacy rights will rule any info obtained during that period a warrant less search. Say a knock and talk where the law enforcement official claimed to smell pot when you opened the front door.

Now if the said person is growing pot outside a 1/2 mile away from their home a gate, no trespassing signs, or any other deterrent becomes void. This is due to the open field law, which expemts those areas from privacy laws.

I hope that clears up the internet myth. None of that matters to a mmj card holder, but someone without, like myself, your best defense is a well planed offense.

Yeah man, autos would do killer outdoors here. That might have to be my plan for summer since I can't grow indoors.
