Any one tell me what going on with my cure

Hi out there and the best of wishes to all ok I've got bud in the jars and I've got a nice lemon smell when you first smell the bud and then it sours anything please let me know if you can as always thank you for your time and help

Can you elaborate on how you harvested the plant to get them into the jars? Do you have a reading of the RH in the jar?

Smells during the cure will continue to evolve as the bud cures. Your finished product will smell way better and probably good bit different once it's cured.

Cut the plant hung up for a day then I trim all fan leave let hang for a nother day cut buds off and put in a drying rack for at least 2 weeks and then in the jar on I can't tell what he is as always thank you for your time and help

What is the rh in your jars? That's a really important part of the process.

2 weeks plus the single day hang before the fan leave removal plus another day just for fun

so that is 16 total days. It should be dry dry... Maybe the harvest was early? If you couldn't read the RH while you were going through the proccess it will be very difficult to tell where it's at for u
