Almost all the bags have been rolled up and are overflowing with foliage. A few flower buds have just started to form. Does anyone know when I can harvest new potatoes? I thought I read somewhere that once the flowers bloom, they can be harvested IMG_20210616_121120.jpg

Just pulled these out of the ground. They came from a volunteer plant and look to be Yukon Golds which is what was growing in that spot last year.
I don't even have flowers blooming. I think I remember seeing a pic of your plants and they were open. Either way, these bags have port windows on the side to pick some potatoes out early and I completely forgot about that feature. I'll take a peak through the window and see what's what.

The port hole did not show anything useful. I just left them for now and will come back after the flowers start to bloom.
