Any suggestions? One plant refuses to stop growing

So I’m curious what can be done at this point I’m in week 3 flower and 1 of my plants just won’t stop stretching. Yesterday she was 4’ 2” and today she’s 4’6”. The top is 2 inches away from my light and I am only able to raise the light about 8 inches before it’s at the roof.

Put a bamboo stake in a container a couple feet away. Tie twine to the top of the plant and then attach to the bamboo stake, bending the plant over, not breaking the stem just lowering the top. This will give you an SOG type situation on the plant. It will grow kolas from each node.
The other solution is to top 3 nodes and root tone and replant. I have had success with this method on plants that seem to grow out of control

I might try getting the bamboo. I super cropped 3 stems and have them supported with some adjustable light hangers at the moment but I’m guessing I’ll need a permanent support once the buds get heavy

Nice man, I bet that's smelling lovely. Your experience makes me less hesitant to do some bending in flower if my plant doesnt stop stretching too

If you think your going to run out of room just do it. This is my first grow…..atleast my first grow into flower stage had to chop 2 grows years ago because of a nosey landlord. So if I made it work it’s easy…

I've put it off til now, I think it's finally stopped stretching. Might raise the filter and fan up in preparation in the event I need a few more inches. How about a status update my guy? I'm sure your reefer plant has bulked up eh
