You can see them by zooming in on the label on the first picture. I grow in a 6.5x6.5 grow tent for veg and a 4x8 tent for flower. I only use one 4x4 square in the flower tent for growing cannabis. The other space in the flower tent has other uses.
Your vet tent sounds about the size of the closet I'm using.... I'm guessing its gonna get hot since its a big boy light

Yeah without an exhaust fan going you'd probably sit in the upper 80s in 250w hps mode and low-mid 90s in 400w.
Properly exhausted, I run 400cfm at near full blast I sit in the mid 70s with 2x 315w cmh - open bulb.

You just need an exhaust fan and somewhere to dump the hot air. No a.c. Required

Haha... Meanwhile you'll get something to smoke on with the t8s and some fans in the closet creating cross breeze. It'll get enough fae just by opening the door.
priority list imo -
Panda film walls
Get good cross ventilation going in the closet
Harvest first crop
Get an exhaust fan or go closed and get an a.c.
Upgrade lights
Depending on whether smell will be an issue for you, you may need to inline fan and carbon filter before you get too deep into flower.
