Ok Greenhouse seeds has an add in hightimes this month that finally says they are now just releasing the seeded strain, CHEMDOG, not the bullshit chemdawg lies, the one true chemdog, from the dead concert and all that, most people know the story and if you dont, you should find it cause its probably one of the most interesting timelines and family "tree" of a strain you could ever come across, anyway its supposed to be out this month or next, is there anyone else with as big a weed boner as me for this? first day im gettin 20 shipped and gonna keep some for YEARS, some of the best genetics to ever cross this earth, its the original pheno that was clone only and has been 20 years in the making, hot damn too bad its not on the website yet to purchase, cant wait damnit!

early 90s everybody got cuttings the kids still have 6 seeds left.

Guys your all right except the the og kush is a hermi seed from the
chem dog from back in 96 their were only two people in the day to
take the chem dog to the west coast it first hit lake tahoe. My
friends chem dog got stressed and hermi a little so he decide to try
the few seeds and the buddy who gave the chem dog seeds to us said
the old farmer said it hade kush in it so my buddy to this day thinks
its a strain of the orig kush and said if the ny kids can change the
name from chem dog lets call the west coast version OG kUSH that is
the truth. If anybody ever smoked the chem dog back in the day early
90s it taste like the sour but fifty times more The chem dog is the
mom of the sour so basicly the og kush is a newer seed of the orig

Part of what you say is true. But you have some of the facts mixed
up. First of all, I go way back to the begining 92-93. my good friend
from NY, was the one who got the Chem Dawg and Super Skunk first.
And yes the Chem was first called Diesel because people did not like
the name and because it was the "Cock Diesel" But you don't talk
about the next strain created from the Chem Dawg. Also known as
UnderDawg, Daywrecker, Diesel no.1 (Chem Dawg x super skunk/NL) from
this the Sour was born hermied from the DNL(skunk). That is were it
gets its vigorous growth and some of the taste. Any one who has grown
or smoked it would know. And yes the Albany kids were the first to
"find " the Sour, the "bro" and his crew did not invent it. It was
grown out of seeds found in head bags bought in NYC. The upstate kids
were begging for a cutting of either Diesel and wound up with bag
seed to grow. Thats fact.

Fuck i cannot wait until ITS OUT, man im gonna keep seeds for YEARS and just clone and clone and clone, like man, this strain created og kush, all diesels, and all that shit man its the motherload

Story has been told for many years by many people. If you believe that Greenhouse has the True Chemdog than you havent ran Greenhouse seeds before as GH genetics are ass end of the barrel genes. I ran 5 K-Train fems. No way are these true OG Kush someone aint telling the truth. 2 of the beans never broke even after 10 days of soaking. One of the FEMS turned Hermie and so I have two spindly sad looking OG Kush X Trainwreck. I mean how would someone send a Clone from Cali to Amsterdam and the clone made it fine? Sounds fishy to me, I guess you could overnight em. Anyways, if you grow it, Id love to see what your finished product is like. I mean if you want the true ChemDAWG as it is properly spelled there are only a few true breeders out there who have it...Elite Genetics is One !!! Peace and good luck on your search. Have you let Green House know? I picked up a 5 pack of K-Train, had 2 seeds not crack, one seed crack and die, and one seedling not make it. Still have the 5th to go, but I emailed them and asked if anyone else had similar issues. I would hate to jump the gun and blame a breeder if it was my error, but good to know it may just be the seeds and not some unknown user error! .....sorry to hear you had problems as well though but they sound pretty identical to my result.

i agree seriously greenhouse seeds is all hype all their stuff they have from the 90s is all f1s of shantis work. shanti and neville owned greenhouse with arjan until differences and they had arjan buy them out to make mr nice seeds. shanti and neville were/are the breeders of some very famous strains(with neville first starting "the seedbank" in the late 80s which sold all the strains that other companies started with, and subsequently is in the lineage of majority of the bud around today) and they had complete control over the actual stock and breeding, and im much more inclined to believe shanti.
im not saying that that story about the chemdog and og and shit isnt true, i csn neither confirm nor deny its validity, but ill tell u one thing... look at greenhouses roster.... trainwreck, chees(supposed to be a uk cut of a rare skunk pheno), jack herer, chemdog(which if we r to believe the above story about chemdog then greenhouses listed genetics for chemdog of og kush and sour diesel would not, could not be true, as they both supposedly came after, but either way with or without that story im under the impression that chemdog was apart of ogs lineage) white widow white rhino great white shark el nino(which are all shanti's creations, and i am quoting shanti when i tell u after shanti left with HIS work greenhouse stopped selling the widow family. shanti starting selling the widow strains through his own outlet and it was reported to him that arjan had bought several thousand euros worth of seed stock.... and magically after making f1s of shantis work began to again offer the widow strains that were introduced through the company he now owns but certainly isnt his work, nor the real deal) my point in listing all the strains greenhouse supposedly came up with to say, are we really supposed to believe that all these amazing strains came out of arjans ass? no. the truth is greenhouse seeds has become everything wrong in the dutch cannabis scene and is why i beg u all to seek out better genetics.
u can argue with me all day long( and please remember that im not arguing the validity of the chemdog story) but in the end ull never know till u go research. so thats what i advise u to do if u really dont believe me. go research how many people in forums just like these(and alas in rollitup as well) that thing greenhouse is a joke. go to mrnice.nl for shantis and nevilles seed companies' online forums.

I understood that someone made a trade wiyh GH and the Chemdog seeds that were traded were total junk far from a real chemdog. GH fell for a scam that they themselves have been using for years on newbee growers.
