Anyone done a grow with Illumitex?

Just to stay on topic...
IMG_3738.jpg IMG_3739.jpg

They are very comparable in intensity and coverage. I did not do very extensive testing of either...just wanted to see some quick readings. In summary...for 1/3 the cost of the illumitex...an IG420 is the same coverage and intensity for the most part.
IG420 w/pontoon vs Neolsol DS would be a very good and enlightening grow off.

**the DS was/is not mine...I just borrowed it for the day

Oh my. Your poor attempt to bail yourself is pathetic

There were several weigh ins done, and no I don't keep all my photos to prove that as well

I could care less if you don't believe me

The reveg of the supposed 53gms has ~ 2 more weeks, then drying time. It will be OBVIOUS that she was much bigger than yielding 53gms when I first grew her. EXACT same plant. So you tell me smart ass

I know where I'd like to put my foot

And yes you owe me a public apology

Will I get it? You're idiot enough to falsely accuse me, so why should I expect you would do the right thing now?

As to the added bars, if you dig, you will see I added them quite late and only for the BBCC as she was begin crowded from above by BM

PetFlora, exactly how many times were you dropped as a child? It's so insulting that you feel everyone is as stupid as you. Pathetic as always psycho, pathetic.

My problem with Illumitex, besides the typical LED sales lies, is without a doubt, price. My F1 based panel rocks the veg cab and I have no plans to replace them but never would of bought them if they weren't cut rate. Low heat, low power and great nodal space but what LED panel doesn't veg well, right? The F3s that replaced my BS240s do a great job at a bit more than half the wattage but there's no way I would of bought them If I didn't have everything to make panels out of them. Any panel Illumitex sells is borderline useless for growing weed unless your doing something like a SOG with a known strain but why would you spend the money on Illumitex when there is soooo many better solutions for the price. My only other problem is the constant adjusting of the panel because if those plants get within a few inches of the diodes, the tips and leaves get scorched just like CFLs do when the plants touch them. It's a great tech but Illumitex is concerned with selling you LEDs and not growing weed.

And they don't care about end-users. I've never got them to answer any emails either.

Then if we really want to get picky...you should be doing a g/KwH analysis because you did introduced 2 extra bars(33%more power) for a couple weeks at the end.
Don't forget the fans to get them to perform as advertised GG.

As stupid as me?

Insulting?

It's no secret that you, too, have issues with me

Jealous because I get to test lights without paying for them?

I have already made it clear, I do not own the S600, neither does BML compensate me in any way AND I agreed to send the S600 back after completing this grow

So tell us, please, what would I have to gain by lying?

I answered every accusation GG 707 made

Let me take it one step farther, just because you're so brilliant, and I'm so stupid...

This plant, that according to GG707 only yielded 53gms (hey he has the proof right? lol), is revegging like a mofo

Same plant, same light, same nutes. the ONLY meaningful difference is- it's not being blocked by a much bigger plant

but I am stupid for extrapolating what it could have done

I do like schooling you because you never learn

You haven't answered anything of mine...I reposted all your post including the one where you say you didn't zero it out so it was really 53g...the same pic and post your are trying to us for the whole other plant's yield now. You are a fucking joke. I continue to try and give you a chance to be a decent part of the community and you continue to lie and use sales bullshit tactics for your own benefit to seem good to these light companies that somehow choose you to test. When I saw nick we talked about you...about how he got calls and emails from many people essaying they would never buy a spydr strictly because of the false knowledge and clear ass kissing you were doing with it.

So once again I will quote this 53g plant and the 222g reading you are trying to use for the wrong plant
WOW

I just budded out Shorty- 53gms

The pic shows 222, but I forgot to zero out the vessel

While final trimming I decided to try a bit of the triched out leaf bits

WOW

Considering that BMM has ~ 4xs as much (and the buds are much heavier), looks like I will easily hit 454

For you GWP guys, that's would be 1.25 gpw

And since the 2 plants were so physically different, it's the reason why using it as a measure of anything is meaningless

WOW...

I AM RIPPED

View attachment 3194446

and we all know it's only gonna' get mo' betta from here

Make sure to enlarge, then click for the Bird's eye view
And now once more...the post where you say the real weight of the "BMM"...which was 210g(and in this thread you said it was 222g...which is actually the picture of the non-zero'ed out 53g "BBCC"...and you wonder why we all think you're a tool???)...

BMM Weighed

Sigh, I was overly optimistic

I did get the 4xs as much right though

Still

210gms, trimmed and dry

is not chump change

^^ BECAUSE I screwed up with the pictures I posted

but not the actual count

which is accurate

and since I deleted them from my photo folders there is no way to prove it

other than what is right in front of your eyes with how big the reveg is

under the same light and same nutes from a plant I left outside to die no less

A sensible person could look at that and conclude I screwed up with the pictures I posted

as it's not likely that due to the size of the reveg that it would come from a mature plant that harvested just 53gms

That you want to pick it apart is on you, because you can't fathom being wrong

I have lost total respect for you

I would post a reveg pic taken a couple days ago but the file uploader is not working AGAIN

Not that I would post it for you losers, but for anyone else who might still be interested in this thread who would like to see it

I have nothing further to say

That is fucking bullshit. All the quotes I provided have dialogue explaining what they are, not just pics. So how are those mixed up?? They all still show it as 210g+53g...try again

pet most people have issues with you because you're disingenuous
and seem to be little more than a hype guy for new LED companies.

when i called out the amare tech light for being an obvious evergrow
design, you even flipped shit on me. i sell evergrow lights, i think i know
what one looks like at this point. once you get in good with the evergrow
folks, they tell you who they provide lights.

to RIU members- maybe if we ignore all his threads, he will go away

As a person who uses Illumitex I say return them unless you want to make some DIY COBs, run those as the primary lights on top of the grow and angle the Illumitex into the grow area from the sides, though I don't know what the design of the panel looks like so maybe you can't really do that. IMO Illumitex by themselves, especially those that are running under 550mA, just don't flower marijuana effectively. And F3s aren't really very good at vegging, not enough blue to counteract the stretch most strains will exhibit under heavy 660/730. Even 400 is too much. You can get a new F3/F1 based panels off Amazon with 24 modules for about 300.00.

This is how it looks. He is also willing to sell me two used 16 panels for 600 . But you say they are not very effective . Finally some one whos used them thank you

I see he's ignoring Illumitex design which is smart in my book. If the panel is running cool it could be a good panel. See if you can find out what amperage it runs at though I'm assuming it is using a constant current driver, he could be running constant voltage, but if it's running at more than 530mA, again it could be a good panel, more for flowering though. And it would be great if you had a strain that you are familiar with ready to flower so you could throw the plant under the light and see how it flowers within the return period. I like the look of it, and having the panel maker local is a plus but as you can see if you've read the beginning of this thread, Illumitex is a bit sketchy with their info and promises and that makes it tough for me to say keep it, especially when there are some other proven panels that can be had for less.

Go to the forum Bubbleponics and seek out Scooby and see what he thinks. I believe he grows with just Illumitex, I use them with other panels so my view of them is a bit skewed. Good Luck.

Awe man now I just dont know . Ya this panel is a flower model he also has general spec and veg to I has 4 fans on the top and stays very cool not warm at all . He also willing to sell me 2 used ones for 600 they are the older model he said only dif is less screws visible

Cant seem to get on that forum . As far as testing is goes I have 2 that have been vegging under Just 2 22w t5s I usually use hid but had to get rid of them so I just placed these under this panel and put em on 12/12 a couple days ago I dont know if I should do 1 or both for the test period with the growfunk f16 or give him an extra 200 and get 2 f16s but his 1st gen model and continue testing for 60 days with both panels . Or just return it now and find a different light

It's a tough call and I sympathize but that's life on the cutting edge. If you want a guaranteed panel then get an A51, Apache Tech, Hans Bonsai Grow, maybe an Onyx or an Advanced. It's sucks with Illumitex because it's expensive tech and not a lot of people seem to be growing weed with them but you can always try them and if you don't like them then add a few COBs or some CREE bulbs and you'll get a nice yield from that. Or get the 2 and make up your mind before the return period runs out. I just think it's a bit pricey. Good Luck and Be Safe Wood.

Ya thanks alot . The illumitex just sounds really good and claim to be better then the dome leds . Whats cob . I thought these were cob and at 300 a pannel is that still to much $ . My friend has a hans and is willing to lend me it . Maybe I should do a side by side to see which is better

I was interested in the NeoSol because it was passive and would have bought one if not for the price. Did some research and I managed to build a 720 watt passively cooled LED lamp for $1400. Not a difficult thing skill/mechanic wise. Very doable for anyone who can manage to do well in this hobby to begin with.

COBs are a high performance LED array that a lot of people are using for growing. Very simple to make and not very expensive, especially compared to panels. I actually use Hans, COBs and Illumitex in my grow area so your talking to the right guy :). Your Illumitex rig vs Hans would be an awesome thread.

Maybe I can get Scooby's attention.
