Did they get back to you via email? Or just on here?
They have the email address I used on there website contact us link. I never received a response back in my email from their website, I checked the spam folder just to be sure. Only on Here, at Rollitup did I get a rambling, incoherent response from them.

Hello,
We just noticed the issue of your light.
Please do not worry, firstly we can confirm it's not burn marks. If it's burn, then the diodes will do not works.

Please check the following feedback from our engineer:
To offer the waterproof of the light, each panel of the led will have a layer of glue, the yellow marks is on the glue. You can check.
For the reason, might be the nutrition you use.

Hope this can do some help.
The nutrients caused his lights to look like that? Could you please explain how that is possible.

I just started trying to get ahold of spiderfarmer on rollitup and ebay, now concerning the bad driver on one of my SF1000's it turns on by itself in the middle of the night. Lets see if they ghost me or not.

I got ahold of them it took some convincing and i had to post youtube videos of the problem. The language barrier sucked for one i wanted a replacement light but settled on a dimmer like i said the language barrier was exhausting or maybe it was played very well by them to their advantage. I settled. I wont be purchasing their products anymore unless its a dam good deal. I havnt wired the new dimmer yet.

Might be be worth looking at a better aftermarket dimmer for this? Seems like it's a weak point in the kit.
