I started a room for veggies since we live so far away from a fresh selection at a grocery store. I also had some bag seed so I have chucked it all in there. Everything I planted requires full sun. I guess I'm just asking if there's any conflicts of having more than the veggies in there. I assume no since they can grow in harmony in my garden.

Thanks y'all

I started my garden already in my veg ...People give me the stank eye about having veggies in with my girls, but i dont really see the problem. They are using the same dirt, grown from seed and get the same pest regiments;)

it's only gnarly when people start bringing established house plants from other parts of the house into the cannabis garden.

direct seeding veggies in your room shld be fine for a few weeks, til ya start runnin out of room, tripping on shit and competing for light.

I've grown tomatos and peppers during the winter months along side my hobby plants with no issues other than light-competition from the tomatos. I would suggest that you inspect and/or treat your veggies for insects thoroughly. Aphids might be a problem.

I grew cantaloupe in my tent last year. Has issues with fungus gnats. From now on I'm keeping the fruit and veg outside.

yeah, some veggies are really prone to certain pests and once they get into your grow room its a bitch getting them out.
lots of herbs like basil, rosemary and flowers like marigolds are great pest deterrents though.

kinda silly growing veggies indoors when its spring though, just make a cheap little hoophouse or maybe a clear storage tub with holes in the lid to keep your seedlings warm till summer arrives. just a thought to save some cash
