As above. What does the label say. But more to the point, why bother, seeds need nothing but water.
In fact all i can really find about it is that it's a rooting gel (which is used for clones, not seeds). Do you have a link to your product?

That's for clones, you don't feed seedlings, they don't need anything until there a month or so. That's Why I told you to search you should read a lot more on growing Mj. If you don't know not to feeding them then you don't know shit! I would read and research growing marijuana because you have a lot to learn by the time you do have to feed.

seeds have everything it needs to start growing, just water will do.
The round "leaves" are the plant´s reservatory, they go yellow as the reservatory is over, anyway you can feed the plant, the round leaves will stay green.
I´ve seen that in a hydroponic DWC system, plants that still have that reservatory doesn´t suffer at water changes, but plants without that reservatory tends to start going down pretty fast as they got out of the nutrient solution.
In this pics you can see(i hope so) that the reservatory is already used, this plant had some root problems(it is fine now)

It is a cloning gel. You are not trying to root a clone. You have no need for that stuff.
