Anyone potting in burlap sacks?

I was at the dollar store in their garden section, and I saw burlap sacks. I started wondering if they would work for air pruning, so I thought I'd ask here for info before buying any. I don't see why not, unless its full of chemicals. I've been veging for a couple months. 1 month or sounder flourescents, 1 month or so under mh 600w. My plants are in 5 gallon pots, I think I want to tranplant once more to avoid root bind before the flip. I'm in 100% coco using Maxigrow/bloom, and a kelp tea I'm making from dried kelp. When I transplant I want to surround the root ball with worm castings instead of coco. Think it'll be okay? Thanks guys! Oh I'm gonna set up my tent when switch to my hps 600w20170409_141450.jpg

Actually like the idea for a smart pot replacement. Much larger as well, and could easily be made to fit your size.. like stated, I would absolutely prewash but it seems like a pretty good idea to me. I don't think there would be anything that could be leached into your coco/dirt..? May give it a try myself in a few months.
