Anyone tried any non-ThugPug PBB?.

Just curious if anyone has grown any of the other Peanut Butter Breath "versions" floating around out there?

I recently grabbed Humboldt Seed Org's PBB Fast-flower fems. Popped one, and it's growing really nicely so far

Pops also grabbed a pack of the PBB bx but I don't have a seedling or cut of that yet. He popped one but it was a runty male.

Also considering the Blimburn PBB fems but a few reviews I read didn't jive with what PBB flower really is, so I'm on the fence on that one.

Tastebudz has a "PB Cookies" that sounds like it's in the vein of actual PBB and that one is still on my radar.

HSC Nutter Budder is another i highly intend to get my hands on as well.

What about you guys? Any real PB stunners out there, outside of the original strain? Anyone else pop the bx yet?? Let's see/hear about it!

I ran that tastebuds PB cookies as a freebie. It was an Auto and low mids. Tasted like crap, with big ole stems. Pretty sure it’s covered in my old Days on Dagobah thread.

Well shit, officially off my radar now, lol! With ThugPug PBB i feel like even its worst pheno wouldn't have someone say that.

You know I’m on the breath strains too lately. It was a let down for sure. Hope you guys get some fire out that bx. I have the Green Dragon F3 Mendo Breath coming in a couple weeks. I got you.

i am running a peanut butter breath from brokeboy. it looks pretty good. big elephant ear leaves. it's an s1 of a thugpug cut though, but not directly from thugpug. will flip to flower in about 10 days or so.

any breath strains have always had that knockout power for me. after this attempt at pbb i will run a tk x motorbreath (alligator breath). i haven't had motor breath in raw form yet, but smoke reports have been solid.

I was curious about the bx but I made my own PBB F2s that turned out good when I tested them so I never picked the bx up. I still have one more unopened PBB too so I really don't need any other versions. I might try to make an IBL from them one day focusing on the quality non-ogkb mutant phenos.

I have a pack of the Bx about 3 weeks from soaking. 12 of 14 made it. I’ll have a few pics in a few days when they go into 1gl. Flip in a month or so

I made f2 using a dosido leaning female , mendobreath leaning male. for preservation sake.
I still love my original female, alive over 6 years and still gets me.

Any Fresh Coast Gorilla Butter hybrid. I have collected all of them, currently running Gorilla Butter v2 and Gorilla Nut Bx2 which is ((gg4 x pbb) x pbb) x pbb


Only got 1 gnut female and 5 gbutter females but I'm gonna breed one of the gnut males with a heap of my selected keepers, it's a nice looking plant.

3rd coast genetics has a ton of pbb crosses using the original pbb from gromer himself I believe. I've been wanting to grab a few packs myself. I haven't grown any myself yet. But I hear nothing but good things. So, I'll give it a shot.

I've been watching 3rd coast a few years and he still hasn't managed to do any better than his flagship pure michigan so I've tried not to get too excited about all the other crosses he throws out. I ran a pack of pure michigan and it's nothing exceptional as far as quality goes. Beautiful flowers and smells amazing but yields poorly and isn't crazily potent or anything.

Finding any info of most of his other strains is really hard too. Even searching through tagged instagram posts doesn't give much away other than pictures from large growers

I hunted through a decent amount of original thugpug strains a few years ago, all the mendobreath(Studley spewright) crosses...not really interested in gromers new stuff, sure its decent but the magic was in his mendobreath- Studley spewright male he used, even though they were regs I found multiple keeper phenos 8n 1 pack of each of these strains- puta breath, sherb breath, peanut butter breath, by buddy found some fire in a pack of his peanut butter studley as well, I also ran a silly fire cut of my friend meat breath he found in a pack back in like 2014.

Gromer lost the original mendobreath male he used. I still have full seed packs of larry bird breath, PBB, and purple drank breath from thugpug that I look foward to running, I'll probably make f2s with the larrybird and pbb. Thugs original breath strains are next level fire, no fucking doubt about it.

Here was my keeper of.puta breath....this was an overall gorgeous pheno, had amazing terps, knock you on your ass potency, and yielded fucking awesome.....was everything you could ever want in a great pheno. I was pulling over 7 zips in a 5 gal fabric pot in promix hp under 1000w hps lights.

Also for peanut breath crosses fresh coast seed co gorilla butter was a fucking banger, friend ran that and found an insane pheno. It the strain that beleaf found his white truffle cut. Super potent and insanely frosty and stinky strain, finger licking fun

I'm hoping my Gorilla Butter V2 finds something exceptional. I'm not sure what he did differently for it compared to the original. I ran his truffle breath last year that had some great plants so much so I bought another pack. I have 4 Gbutter females flowering atm, they all look very similar at this point in flower. The single Gorilla nut bx2 female I have looks cool at this point. All the males were short, squat, dark indica plants but the one female is a lot taller and has only 5 fingers leaves and is already turning purple in week 2

Here's the only female, very different structure to all the males



And the male I kept for breeding. All the males were absolutely identical but this one was slightly more vigorous


If anyone wants some beans if this little pollen chuck works I'll be crossing this Gorilla Nut male with:

Pure Michigan
Gorilla Breath (gg4 x ogkb) (2 different phenos)
Skunkhouse Double Burger
Garlic Breath
Killer Glue (gg4 x ak47)
GG4 RIL
Gorilla Nut for an F2
Gorilla Butter for another bx

I was eyeballing Fresh Coast Gorilla Butter, but my dad and I noticed a breeder we use has a version of their own. .. so my dad has a couple of those going.

I believe it's actually Savoy Truffle, not Savory. These were F2'd originally from Lamplighter Seed Co seeds by BasementBeans, but i cant find any info beyond that. Curious about these, but I really want to focus more on versions of PBB for now.

I don't know who kinetic genetics is but this pbb cross sounds fire gmo x pbb.. fems $100, not bad...
