Anyone use CMH in veg and LED in flower?

Thinking of switching my veg lights to 315w CMH and keeping my LED's in flower. Anyone use this setup?

That sounds bassakward
The cmh is to boost UV light to increase trich production

Use both, for both.

I do the opposite, use LED for veg. Flower under old school HPS.

Checker board the grow one led one cmh they works really well together. especially depending on the led it works well.

CMH slays in flower. And this is with a 3850k bulb, a 3100k would do much better even.

LED in spring/summer, CMH in late Fall/winter, if you live where it gets warm.

We've done this when the climate didn't work for our veg leds. They veg really nice

Ive been doing something similar for a couple years and love it. Veg under the CMH is wonderful. The plants love it.

I run a combo of alternating LED and CMH in flower. The two together provide everything and produce awesome flowers.

It all comes down to your room temps, LED just doesn't do well if you have a cold or even cool room.

I run LED in VEG and LED/CMH in flower. As the temps start to drop I've been thinking of putting a CMH back into the veg. They are just an amazing light all around. I run the 4200k on the flower side squished between 2700k and 3500k LEDs

Only do it if your LEDs aren't working for you.

I don't see any reason to use any other bulb while my LEDs are around because it reduces my efficiency massively.
I can veg an area of 2m2 fully with around 500w of LED. I could never do that with HID or CMH

I run a 370w Aglex led light beside a 400w hps in a 5x5 tent and works pretty damn good.
