Here is a rather interesting article. It definitely offers some insights on why we should be wary of Tweed and perhaps even the ACMPR itself. They even talk about how Tweed could be your DG, for a fee of course and they also keep any overage. I am getting desperate to find a DG in Ontario, but not that desperate. :cuss:

Hang in there bro and keep searching, you'll eventually find someone.

Hippy didn't you say you were looking for someone to dg for in the Ontario area at one point?

I totally get that it is hard work. I love gardening but I have had to cut back due to my lack of energy. My landlord is not on board with the idea and is vigilant at ensuring people follow the rules. Any help would be appreciated. If someone local then I can do some of the work to maintain it.

Possibly...not sure if I want the burden or responsibility. Just growing for me is hard work.
Still thinking on it why?
Zoic just mentioned he was struggling to find a dg in Ontario. I just mentioned it just in case you were still tossing around the idea.

It is alot of burden and responsibility but can be rewarding at the same time. I did it for a couple years but not doing it currently due to space issues. I might consider it again though someday when I get a bigger place.

I got the space it's the time I have trouble with. Sometime I get help and have to pay them.

In his defence, 6500 posts over almost 3 years is only 6.5 posts a day. Not very much; plenty of time to grow!

I can. Around 10 years ago I had 20,000 post in 3 years doing tech support for Lindows, a linux start-up. Amidst that I ran a computer repair business and smoked about 30 joints a day. It was the best of times. o_O

for sure, and some have done this in the cannabis market. GW Pharmaceuticals has produced both Sativex for MS and Epidiolex for Epilepsy and Dravet syndrome. They are working on others TBA. Sure it is big Pharma but at least they are working with the right ingredients. Way too expensive no doubt. :cuss:
No no no no no....GW wants to make it better....what's wrong with what I can cook up an use? Big pharma wants to bastadize this plant....they can't patent it.

I cannot speak to what you can cook up, I was really just trying to answer haf2. I have no doubt that if YOU cooked up a specific mixture it WOULD NOT be 50% alcohol. So really it is just 1/2 medicine LOL. Anyway, maybe they are just confused, I thought you were supposed to water down alcohol, not the other way around.

This is all about control ....if GW can produce this you don't need a garden to be able to produce it. We all know it takes quantity to produce concentrates. They have approval to produce this and nobody else does. Why?....$$$$$$$$$$$$$... And I'm sure they are working on others as well....lol...

Yep, theyve been about that for years. Hell they have a patent on how they DRY their plants

Yes, the US gov has patents on a bunch of cannabis related stuff. Crazy eh? I think I need to get a patent on how to wipe my ass
I think we should start making noise about all the people growing poppy plants. How do we know they are not making dangerous drugs and selling them.
