Apollo LED Lights

Hi Rollitup...
Been a lurker here for a while. This is my first post...

I've been growing for a few years on and off, as a hobbiest. This year after much research I'm going to be buying some LED grow lights from cidly.
I was on to the sales guy, and he asked me what spectrum I need and what plants Im growing. I told him Im doing cannabis and he recommended a spectrum as follows.

Red660nm: 6pcs,
Red 630nm: 3pcs,
Blue460nm: 2pcs,
Blue 430nm: 1 pcs,
Orange610nm: 1 pcs
White 2700K: 1 pcs,
White 6500K: 1 pcs

Theres a lot of debate over this topic. I'm just wondering what people recommend? I've heard blue is hardly necessary and maybe more red than blue is better.
Why use white at all if the plant really sees in blue and red?

Some people say use UV some say not? Why or why not?

I've looked for consistent and clear answers to thee questions but its a bit of a mine field.

Any advice appreciated... Thanks

Well... ater weeks of research and deliberation. Ive settled on what I think is a good spectrum.

Going fr this spectrum:

Flowering:

11 reds 3 blue and 1 Warm White. This is after hearing that more red is better for flowering, the white may give a little far red and some IR.

5 Red 660nm (90 degree)
3 Red 650-670nm (90 degree)
3 Red 620-630nm (90 degree)
1 Blue 450-470nm (120 degree)
2 Blue 420-430nm (120 degree)
1 White 2700K (120 degree)

Veg:

A more general mixed spectrum for Veg and mothers (Planning sea of Green in two closets)
The general consensus is that about 25% blue is good enough for veg.

Red660nm: 6pcs (90 degree)
Red 630nm: 3pcs (90 degree)
Blue460nm: 2pcs (120 degree)
Blue 430nm: 1 pcs (120 degree)
Orange610nm: 1 pcs (120 degree)
White 2700K: 1 pcs (120 degree)
White 6500K: 1 pcs (120 degree)

Going to do a full grow journal when they arrive. Hopefully this works out.
Is this spectrum ok?

I follow a simple rule and it seams to work most of the time

red to blue ratio

7:3 veg

5:1 flower

I like to get some full spectrum light onto the plants too mainly for uvb during flowering and also so I can see what`s going on with them as it`s really tricky under purple light so pop up a cfl or I now use a 200w 3000k induction light in my flowering area it gives pretty decent coverage too.
