Nice boxfish

boxfish? dogfaced puffer! for those who say they don't puff up....they do when they ate way too many shrimp and really need to poop.

they do if threatened, guess they are smart enough not to consider humans a threat :)

love the gt and parrots,

did you guys know the worlds ozone was created by the overpopulation of cyanobacteria? (anyone with a SW tank knows this stuff)
I wonder if breeding cyanobacteria would be sufficient oxygen development for a space station or another planet..

poor guy, give him a nice 75 gallon at least! yes they are curious fish. the trick is to decorate with large objects they cannot budge..

better than my pacu's, they ate right through my stealth heaters like they were chew toys.

okay, well at least don't make the mistake of adding fish! I'm sure you know that already. Shit read up on heaters, apparently they all leak voltage after a few months of usage, and sometimes get so bad they explode, I hope that doesn't happen in my tank! time for new heaters! but the pacu's chewed through everything and anything. fake plants, heaters, intake tubes, ate and shit out gravel. They were machines. Petting them felt like smacking a tire underwater.

haha wow this thread really took off!

in my 220g the current in habitents are as follows

18" clown knife
5" clown knife
7" senegal bichir
6" senegal bichir
8" black ghost knife
5" blue lobster (actually a crayfish, cherax quadracincus? )
13" rope fish
and a single softball sized blood red parrot, used to have 2... but the catfish ate the other one lol :S

really been thinking about going to stingrays, or a fire eel & arowana
