Not horrible, but not the best. You might have it too high above the canopy. You can download a free lux app for a phone to give you an idea of the light intensity that's reaching the plants.

You can still grow some bud with that light, but I’d go with a single plant and keep it small. Fit to a 2x2 space to flower in. 16-18” from the top of the plant. With proper air flow.
