They look ok, but what is the white residue on the leaves? Folair feed?
The black dots could be dirt or bugs, who knows?

Probably?
How so ?
Lazy as hell infrastructure, so instead of correcting issues they put high quantities of chlorine in the water to make up for all the errors and corruption.

Long Story short i am guessing the chlorine will kill the plant.

I will look for a good water alternative! Thanks for the tips

I dump chlorine in my EZ cloner all the time
and even dip seeds in that water
I think a lot of folks look to blame growing issues on anything but themselves

You have to realize if you were right , if you watered your lawn with that water it would have to kill your entire lawn cause weed is tough ?

You're right i may not be able to drink it but i can water my lawn with it, it may leave white residue but it does not seem to harm chilly plants or plants.

Thanks man!

The white residue is not chlorine btw (which relatively quickly will escape as a gas from water). The residue is most likely minerals and of those minerals, most likely calcium. If you happen to have a pH meter and it shows your tap water is basic - you can be pretty confident that it is relatively high in calcium.

Also btw, if you do have hard water to an extreme - it's fine to cut it with distilled water (i.e. mix 50% tap and 50% distilled).

If worried about chlorine, you can just collect the water in an open container or open reservoir and let it sit for a number of hours so that the chlorine will evaporate out of the water.
