I thought my room was clean also then I found spidermites a week before harvest. Bleached the room several times and it will stay that way from the last spidermite going forward. Lol

true story bro i had a spray bottle of fungicide 3 in one hand and a adidas sandal in the other, ... the way my room is built my only acess door is at one side of the length of an 6 foot L x 6 foot H x 4 1/2 foot width ..floor framed with 2x4 and covered with drywall so it wont hold my weight i got to stay where the boards are... so im stretch in this room working my way around plants and this monster spider hissing at me like a cat and the lights cutt off ... i WAS OUT

I hate spiders. Had one zip up my pant leg before I could smash it. Needless to say I was standing in my grow room screaming like a little bitch while stripping off every piece of clothing that I had on. It was terrifying. I noticed a heater next to your plant that is in question and I was wondering if this is its normal daily location? If it is , how often is that heater blowing its hot breath across those tender leaves? This may cause some pale colors, twisting and even a papery appearance .

I kno ur in soil but im seeing what looks like ph isues. There is some leaf twisting going on here and there. You said tap water...are you on a private well? Have you checked the ph of your tap water? Have you checked the ph of your soil? The light green is one of these two. Either overwatering or low nitrogen. If your containers are heavy and you know the soil is soaked, then its prob overwatering. If thats not the case then it might be needing some nitrogen....When correcting plant problems...ALWAYS make corrections in very SMALL incriments.

Yes...if the container is soaked, do not water anymore and let it dry out. Over watering causes all kinds of problems...first in the riozone ( roots) then on the plant itself. You can get leaf twisting occuring from over watering as well. When the plant is water logged and is having a hard time disapating moisture, the leaves will curl, twist or cup. I see mild twisting on a few leaves but it looks more like ph to me.
OK I took a couple hours this morning meticulously going over my girls. I went and bought a jewelers lens and I'm pleased to say I'm bug free at the moment. On the other hand I did pick up my pot and made a slight grunt picking it up. So I checked my 1/2" drain holes and stuck a pencil up one of the holes and water came trickling out for abt 10 min. After which I noticed the top of my soil was starting to noticeably dry out.
I figured I'd let it sit for a few days and then go from there and see if it corrects itself.
I live in the country but still within County limits so I'm able to access tap water. It maybe worth mentioning that I do have a water softener in line with the whole house water supply.
OK so Now I went ahead and tested the ph in my tap water, soil etc and here are the results.
- Tap water ph....5.8
- organic miracle grow soil ph....7.0
- ph of soil in with the potted plants....6.8
- I took some soil out of the bag itself and added some tap water. The result was found to be at 6.5
Also maybe worth noting is that the soil is heavy, compact and saturated abt 3" along the perimeter of the pot. Now towards the middle of the pot where the plant sits the soil is light, fluffy and damp.
I do have another question,
I know for sure my big girl is just that a girl. She has long white curly hairs all over her 4 main colas and is starting to stink, in a good way tho. Now my other girl isn't a boy cause there's no balls. But her pistols aren't the same shade as my big girl and they look a Lil different. I'll post a pic of both so ya'll can see what I'm talking abt. I've been veg both plants since Nov 20th with some training on mostly the big girl. Just because the Lil girl was very slow to take off. Now she's on a run and looks like she'll beat the big girl in terms of growth and amount of fan leaves. Should I go ahead and put them both into flowering at the same time, wait on both plants or just put the big girl into flowering Until my Lil girl grows up more and then put her into flowering. Am I being impatient or too patient? My big girls colas are abt 3-4" and my Lil girls colas are abt 1.5 - 2". I've heard they grow abt 2-3 times bigger when in flowering. Giving the fact that I'm running alot of cfl lights and not sodium or halide at the moment (my next grow I'll have better lighting) but for beginning I didn't want to spend alot of money until I feel a Lil more confident in my abilities to care for them by getting the basics down without having to worry abt high powered lights, heat etc which imo is throwing alot into the fire for a beginner to contend with and would be afraid it would be to frustrating. So I'm taking baby steps by getting the general care for them down pat.
I kinda got off the trail of the question I was asking and more into my motives. So I'll try again....heres my question.
Should I wait to put them into flowering Giving the lighting I currently have, the current size of the colas, the fact I've been veging for awhile now and the fact that my big girl is into pre-flower with my Lil girl not far behind. I just want what's best for them and me by doing this correctly while learning from my mistakes. I'm kinda surprised I made it this far really. I must admit it's been fun to say the least. I throughly enjoy watching my girls grow up and into becoming flamboyant ladies.
just as reference to where my girls are at. The first pic is my Lil girl and her pistols, the second pic is of my big girl and her pistols.
When I go into flowering should I solely use my tiger bloom and molasses and at what point during this stage should I use them?
Thanks to everyone who's helped steer me in the right direction and I hope one day I can help others.

I dont actually use it has a heater. I use it to bring fresh air into the grow area. I do have a separate heater that I keep in the room on a timer. So when the lights are off it will hold a steady temp. The temp are 78-80 during lighting and 70-72 at night with lihhts off.

P.s. I thought I was the only one that didn't like spiders. Tbt I'm deathly afraid of spiders, it's one of my greatest fears. I was a medic for a long time and was never freaked or grossed out at anytime. But it's a whole different story when it comes to spiders of any size. When I see a spider I almost have a panic attack and start running around frantically with my arms flaying about like I'm trying to hail a taxi. Their sneaky gross and not to mention the amount of legs and eyes these beasts have....
So with that being said my girls are on their own if it so happens they get spiders. Lol not really, I'd take care of them with the help of a hazmat suit a fly swatter and a gun.
