Are my plants damping off?

They're about 2 or 3 weeks old and they have been growing really slow, im growing out doors and I've figured it was from not having adequate sunlight due to all the rain lately but I just noticed this, im afraid they're damping off.20210417_164823.jpg20210417_164755.jpg

They have to been grown Indoors to a certain size. You will need to harden the seedling by only bringing her out a few hours a day then finding a good window w light. She is to tiny and get beat up by the wind and rain.

Exactly. Due you have a grow light? If not the window w the most sun will be sufficient. Jw what is the season in which ur located if u dont mind me asking.

Ok I just filled it up with more soil, and no I don't have a grow light, and its mid spring here where I am.

And I have been trying not to over water watering with a spray bottle every 3 or 4 days lately because that's what killed my last few seedlings

Thats history....

For the past 2 years I moved to inoculating my seedling soil with either biowar or azos or something....It still might occassionaly happen but a lot less
