Give it at least 2 weeks or so ..... 5 weeks of flower is not enough.

Pistils will recede and calyx swell .... keep a bloom feed only going as she will pull the P and K it needs to continue blooming.

Get a good loupe and look at different areas of bud not the leaves.
Look for “ uniformity “ in cloudiness .

Be patient...I know it's hard. Don't stop feeding her and just be cool. You've got a while still - at least 2 more weeks.

My indoor hydro grows I usually start harvesting around mid week 8 and finish around 9 weeks. I normally flush for a week or 2 which starts the leaves fading but that may be different if using soil. Still I can't see it being finished around 5 - 6 weeks. I Imagine if you wanted a more uplifting high you could go a little early maybe mid week 7 at the possible sacrifice of yield. My advice is have patience and use your first grow as a learning experience. You need to see a plant go a little too long and next grow you will know what to look for. From my experience in my conditions I need to go to the longer side of what a seed breeder says. If they say 7-8 weeks I am really looking 8-9 weeks. I have a feeling they want to under estimate so they sell more seeds because everybody wants to save time :).

Harvest a bud or 2 now and compare it to the rest that go the duration.

I know it's probably finished by now lol but what u gotta remember m8 is there is only a handful of strains that finish before 8weeks , most will never ever be ready until 10-12 weeks after flipping to 12n12 so they key is patience my friend.

This is the case with most strains , for example.... I'm currently finishing off Dutch Passion's White Widow and it's supposed to be 8wks then harvest but I'm nearing 11 and I'm still absolutely no where near 15% amber trichomes yet , trichome wise this plant could quite easily go another week or possibly longer.

All or most new growers get itchy scissor fingers and 9 times outa 10 they harvest way too early, they then post here saying "why does my weed taste whack" and "it doesn't get me high" , or "why is it fire on the throat"

All are answered with "you harvested too early"

Remember.... just coz u see weed doesn't mean you can smoke it.
It has to mature or its a complete waste of time effort and money.

It is smokeable, but I'd wait a bit more, they should fatten out a bit then you can take them.
