These ladies are several months old...I've been trying to wrap my head around when to start flower nutes when growing outdoors....aside from when I see buds. It all seems a bit different than indoor growing. So what do you guys think?

Mstrymxer, nice link.

where u from? (dont have to give me exact location, just curious)

The little pokey things coming out of the stem itself, what are those things??

Mine started showing quite a bit of those in a lot of locations, and I was scared it was going into budding early.

They're devil horns....lol I'm not sure what they're called, but there are others that are more round and plump with hair coming out

I feel like a dumy....just talked to the local shop guy about when to add the flowering nutes, and I have a way better clue as to what I'm doing. For some reason I thought it would be bad to add flowering nutes too soon....but he said why...it still has all the same nutes just different levels and the plant will still use them even if the lighting is not 12/12. I have no idea why I didn't come up with that on my own.

I guess the main reason I was confused was that NL(one of the strains outside) is supposed to flower in the fall I thought....but since it was grown indoors for several months, I guess that theory doesn't always hold true....plus I've learned about the whole latitiude longitude thing

I can help ya out with rep my southern brother(maybe a lil scratch my back scratch yours action....wait that sounded gay but you know what I mean)...even though that link didn't work for me, I did some searching and found a link to it that did work for me....so you were still the cause. I still couldn't get it to work perfect...but I don't care I'm positive they are about to start budding now.
