Too much water. That plant hasn't rooted out the plant pot so you should never feed until run off when they haven't rooted out the plant pot. They need desperate care otherwise they are going to die.

I was a little young to fully appreciate it, but I did have hefe as a kid on a few occasions. I was more into the candy and ice cream trucks at that time haha.
