Agreed, they look young.
Why guess?
For an $8 jeweler's loupe you can be super accurate and look at the actual trichomes.(https://amzn.to/2ybWU72). Clear = not ready; milky = ripe; amber = overripe. You can even tailor your harvest time to your strain and get slightly different affects.
