are they ready to harvest?

hi everybody...

please take a look at my pics.....they are white widow x big bud......about 7 weeks into flowering....i have now stopped feeding them and into first week of flushing.....i am getting really excited now but the white hairs dont seem to be turning orange quick enough.......... how much longer do you think i should wait before i crop?

cant tell from the pics ,you need a pocket scope to check out your trichs they progress from clear to cloudy to amber you want a mix of all three
 
At least 3 weeks. You've got nothing but healthy white. Without a scope, I'd say wait until the hairs turn orange and pull themselves in. Healthy plants, but you have a ways to go yet.
