AS DEFICIT EXPLODES, GOP DEMANDS EMERGENCY TAX CUT FOR THE RICH

“In a letter sent to Steve Mnuchin on Monday, the senator from Texas urged the Treasury Secretary to use his “authority” to index capital gains to inflation, a move that would almost exclusively benefit the mega-rich. Claiming, falsely, that the United States economy “has experienced historic levels of growth as a result of Congress and the current administration’s policies such as the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act,” Cruz insists that it is now crucial for the Treasury Department to adjust capital gains for inflation “so that everyday Americans can continue to enjoy better lives and livelihoods.” And by “everyday Americans,” he of course means (but doesn’t say) the spectacularly wealthy.”

“A new report finds that around the world the extremely wealthy have accumulated at least $21 trillion in secretive offshore accounts. That’s a sum equal to the gross domestic products of the United States and Japan added together. The number may sound unbelievable, but the study was conducted by James Henry, former chief economist at the consultancy McKinsey, an expert on tax havens and offshoring. It was commissioned by Tax Justice Network, a British activist group.”

But they’re the jobs creators. Right? You betcha. Remember fatass Rob Boy wants you to know “taxation is theft”.

We'll compare notes in 2024.
After the next Presidential election you can vote in? Good idea.
And you wonder why I'm disgusted with both parties and won't buy what the American mass media are shilling?
That's hilarious. After the ridiculous and untrue shit you have posted, it is quite amusing to hear this. Good lord Tyler, even Squarepußy is quoting your favorite "journalist", Caitlyn Johnstone. And we all know how intelligent he is.

Hey Tyler, a while ago I posted an editorial from a journalist that said people won't vote for Bernie's health plan. He had three Pulitzer Prizes. Since you tore into people who criticized one of the clowns you pasted (you know, the one who claims that the vast majority of Venezuelans support Maduro) and the only evidence you gave was that he won one Pulitzer Prize, why would you argue with somebody that has three of them? According to simple Vulcan logic, he's three times more infallible.

Simple Vulcan logic. Lol.
