If that's a 125W CFL fixture over that plant, and a 8 bulb t5 fixture over the cloner, I'd switch it up, the t5 is WAY better than the 125W.

Also, clones don't need that much light, just sitting beside the mother under the t5 will be fine.

Another suggestion if you aren't already doing it is to have 50/50 bloom/grow bulbs in the t5, the plants will love the full spectrum.

I've seen 6 foot monsters living healthy under a t5 like that.

you don't want to remove more than 30% of the plant at any given time, too much stress.

got 50/50 blue red in the t5... the moms under a 250 halide.. i think im gonna scrap the ezcloner and go traditional.. i hate new stuff unless its a whole new flower room thats gonna crop more.. still trying to figure my method cause productions low partner. .... cloning today ill put up some pics..

Can ya take a look at this plant in the link.Its a 5 week old plant and been on 18/6 light.The plants are showing pre-flowers and have removed a couple males all ready.This one in the link has me guessing being its showing white hairs and what looks like male ball,,,,,But to of the balls now have popped white hairs out of them so I'm not sure what it is,male,female,shemale.Could ya take a quick look.They only started showing sex 2 days ago.

Heres a quick question:
I am in week 1 of flowering & my aim is to end up with full thick & dense buds on each each of my 4 plants, Im not intrested in small popcorn buds. So would it be a good idea to remove a 1/4 of the lower leaves?

zechbro immediate flowering should get you at least an ounce per plant. From clone to flower my Super Skunk averaged 2.5 ounces per plant, currently I allowed them to veg for 3 weeks, and they are about 1 foot tall. I'm guessing they'll average 4 ounce per.

But

It all comes with experience and quality nutrients.


iloveitI remove all the lower nodes that will form those popcorn buds... Not just the leaves the node too.

It promotes growth to the top.

ok, im at my final stage of getting my homebox xl(47.25"x47.25"x78.75") completed. My last stage is getting the fans needed for my area. This is how I was thinking of doing it. I was going to get a 300cfm 50 can filter combo witha 6"high out put fan. I was going to mounbt the carbon filter on the top of the inside of the growbox with zipties, then run ducting to the fan with more ducting leaving the outside of the box through a flange scewed to the box. now my questions are, this can/carbon filter high output fan combo doesnt get attached to my cooltube correct?? i will need a seperate fan to coolof my light?? this is getting expensive. what kind of fan do i need to cool my light?? a centrigual fan? how do i do this?? if i cut holes on both sids of the tent and have flanges mounted on both sides hook a fan up and ductiing to the light so it goes straigh across will that work? is there an easier way?? i need help with this final thing

i have a question how far shold 250w hps light be during flower in grow tent with 4in exaust and a fan temp adv 75 to 78 humid adv 45 to 55
normally 20 to 24 inch. Also have amh conv how far from mature how far from seedlings. Im new to the game but think I like it.
