Assistance w/ Cool Tube

I've had a couple successful grows in an garage-type storage container i picked up at home depot. To date, i had been using a LED UFO and a couple CFLs however I've decided to make the switch over to an HPS light. One of the major reasons why I decided to play around with CFLs and an LED UFO was because of the temperature factor in the box. I decided that a 250 watt HPS light with a cool tube would be a practical replacement for my current lights.

My questions start with the installation. I understand that i will need to buy 6'' duct and connect it to both side and i was thinking i could just cut 6'' hole on both sides of the box. The fan is what is causing the most confusion. After some exploring on the home dept web site, i found these. What kind of power source do these sorts of fans have? I don't think it will be as simple as a wall socket jack.

Appreciate all tips and explanations

Checked ebay, found this which looks appropriate. I had thoughts about just tryin to rig up my own with an old CP fan but I wouldn't even no where to begin with wiring it. Dont fans in computers plug into a circuit board? How would i go about supplying them with power if i am not using a circuit board?
