I'm growing in soil and I don't feed till after a month.I think you will get a better answer if you told us if your growing in soil, hydro or what?

(hydro) I recommend three weeks into the grow but i start adding rooting nutrients to the water the seeds are sprouted in. and i add nutes the whole cycle (except for the flush but i do use a flushing agent). i admit i usually get some nute burn on the lower fan leaves about 1.5 - 2 weeks after the seed cracks open but i slice them off and the plants seem none the worse for wear.

I'm using soil, pretty cheap soil actually. I realized growth was slow around 2 1/2 weeks and there was some yellowing on the true leaves so I fed it some Schultz. Fixed it right up plus it has significant height over the unfed ones at 2 1/2 weeks. Never knew you could feed this early, I guess there wasn't much nutrients in this "cheap" soil to begin with?
