Athena IPM for Powdery Mildem

I would spray the affected leaves with mist to trap most of the spores from flying & clip em. The IPM does work pretty well.
Saturate the medium beforehand so the plant doesn’t absorb it all. Spray from the soil then up the trunk. Bottom & top of leaves, stems & all. Spray it good.
I used 90ml per gallon when I used it on my outdoor plants. Great for pests too.

edit: to answer the second question.. if it’s a fungus it should knock it out for you.

Yes, but I wouldn’t go past week 3-4. A good bud wash will be in order to rid the lingering odor of the ingredients. I took a test branch (as usual) but was too baked to do a bud wash.. it didn’t taste delightful one bit. I was just high again. Lol I dried the branch out in the open for about a week before I tried it.

When you take clones.. dip them & swish them around in a max strength mix.

I'd just spray with citric acid and increase airflow. Hydro has a Leprechaun that gets him free stuff, so he's using the good shit, :bigjoint:

Do you have to do the bud wash even if you don't spray on the buds?? The bud wash is what spray with water??? Can I ship this in the winter time as in temps at 20 degrees at night?

Bud wash is mixing water & other ingredients to dunk them after chop. Gets out any contaminants. I’m unsure on the shipping conditions. Maybe they have a carrier that doesn’t let the packages be exposed to such cold temps.
If the buds aren’t sprayed, I wouldn’t wash if growing indoors. Unless I had good reason.. which my high ass can’t come up with an example for lol.

You can get it super cheap and it's everywhere. It's actually one of the active ingredients in the Athena IPM and a lot of other ones. You can get the Ball stuff in the canning section of grocery stores or get Millard on Amazon cheaper but it's not as fine as the Ball. I haven't been able to tell if it makes a difference when sprayed on leafs yet though. But both work fine. I just thought I might have seen a little more residue from the Millard but I can't say for sure yet.

If you can improve airflow it will help a ton too.

If you don’t want to spray it, you can probably soak something sterile & use it to wipe the areas of the plant you are able to. Leaves front & back.. stems & anything in between. That may work while flowering.

@HydroKid239 so just to clarify If I spray this athena on day 15 of flowering do it on day 17 and 19 too and I don't have to wash it off with water??

What do I do for cuttings? Do I take the cutting and dip it in the athena right after I take it?

3 applications is usually the standard from what I’ve read. I used 5, but I was paranoid with pests. Never read anything about having to wash it off.
Yes, I’d dip em as soon as they were cut. All but the last inch by the cut.

Thanks man... So is PM actual like in the plant now? Is this why I have to dip the cuttings?
