Attention: Ebb And Flow Growers

i have been watering with this system 3 times a day so once every eight hours. Is this a good amount or should i bump it to 4 times a day? input appreciated.

I just started one of these today....I think it's best to only water while the light is on..correct me if im wrong..

were using 4 inch rockwool cubes. thanks for the advice on watering only whent he light is on. i just heard that the other day and i was about to change it to that set up.

You might want to check out Al B Fucts Journal Get A Harvest Every Two Weeks Al uses a flood and drain system with rockwool as the medium, flood once per day. Rockwool holds the most moisture of any of the mediums. VV

I used to use this method and like yourself i flooded every 8 hours, i used a weak nute mixture and added more as the ladies got biggar, had some excellent results
