Attention Ron Paul supporters

I have completely tuned out this election and will likely write in None of the Above or vote whoever the Libertarian candidate is this time. So is Ron Paul really still running- what is the deal? I have some honest questions for his supporters because I respect Ron Paul and his supporters as a whole if not always individually. I like Ron Paul because he has not changed his positions or flip flopped on any issue that I am aware of since he started running for president. I like Ron Paul because whether anyone chooses to believe it or not he speaks truth. I like Ron Paul because no matter how many primaries might win nada mainstream news media will ever report it. I am not a supporter or better put an active supporter because I fell out of love with the stubbornly rigid fuck the poor survival of the fittest Libertarian policies when I lost my career job to the economy and became one of the poor being fucked and take me at my word or don't but I am among the fittest.

I hope this has earned me the honest and well thought out answers I am seeking and a good conversation. bongsmilie

Why does he run on the Republican ticket and not Libertarian?

If in fact he is not on the ballet this November who will you vote for? If Mean Mitt fucking explain yourself same goes if Obama.

I really can't think of any other specific questions. I guess I am just curious if any one who supports Paul could actually get their hand to fill in the bubble for someone as slimy and uppity as Mean Mitt and also maybe a clue as to your movement's next big move?

Oh one side question- wtf did his kid endorse Mittens?

I agree with this choice because it was about spreading the message of Liberty, The authoritarian suppression of Libertarian Philosophy has gone on for many years, we are blacked out, it has been a long fight, and he spread the good word and got exposure out there and now we are stronger than ever. As a Revolutionary I completely disagree with attempting compromise with the authoritarians so in this sense it was a mistake but I don't think his intention was to win but to spread Liberty as he has for the last 30 years. In fact he has won, he had them showing his speeches on prime time CNN about the corporate oligarchy. The MSM was forced to broadcast the truth!

I am probably going to vote for Gary Johnson, he is on the ballot in all 50 states.

I would never vote for an authoritarian corporate sell out fascist full of lies such as Mitt Romney or Obama who support violation of our civil liberties including our very enslavement. No real libertarian could do such a thing, it would be in violation of at least half of what we believe in to vote for either of these fat cats.

Oh one side question- wtf did his kid endorse Mittens?
Its a political strategy to work within the Republican party, something else I don't agree with but I respect his opinion because he is bringing importance to libertarian issues.

Our votes mean nothing at all, dont kid yourself, it is the electoral college and at this point once they reveal their votes that is what will elect the pres, oh and Gary and or Ron dont have a chance in hell. It is either mitt or obama and if it is a tie, which is expected, congress deceides and i guess we are all smart enough to know that outcome. The Senate pics the vp so dont be suprised if this fight goes on another four years. With that said Biden does nothing anyway so having him in office the next four years regarless of who is president is just a joke anyway.

I just think ol Ron is getting ready to retire and wanted to gather some cash from his group of supporters before he opted out of the political game

Funny just had a though that is probably already common knowledge, but whatever.

Ron Paul named his son Rand, Ron Paul likes philosopher Ayn Rand. It makes sense to me now. At little obsessive if you ask me but i only know the base of her philosophy. I should read one of her books but ehh...

Ron Paul named his son Randy. He was not named after Ayn Rand.

I'm voting Gary Johnson, but I do agree with you that the libertarians have one flaw that prevents me from completely identifying with them. I don't support free trade. Instead I like how our founders did it. They put tariffs on imports in order to fund the federal government without taxing their citizens and in order to protect American business. Over the years, a lot of Ron Paul supporters have tried to explain to me why free trade is beneficial for us, but I'm not sold. How can you compete with some country run by a corporate sponsored dictator whose country still has sweat shops and factory towns? Ultimately, we would have to operate at their level to compete, and I'm not down with that. If you were to look hard enough, you could probably find some third party candidates who are closer to you on the economy. Off the top of my head I think Jil Stein and Rocky Anderson are solid alternatives to Gary

As a Ron Paul supporter, I am proud to say that there is absolutely no way that I would vote for Obama/Romney.
I actually respect this,,, I for one can't see how in the fuck one can vote for Ron Paul then turn around and vote for Romney. Seems kinda opposite votes
