Attitude (1st time buyer)

im not sure as i am in europe. but i did foward some seeds to the states.

I thought I replied to this already, but I guess not. Anyway, I did figure out how to call on my cell. I have to dial an 800 number and dial after a prompt. It doesn't go direct dial. I don't know why this is. The guy at attitude said I should try to get it from the post office even though it says it was sent back. He said they sit in sorting offices for weeks before going back to them if they do go back. I called the post office, and the guy there said that there wasn't anything he could do as it was sent back. Another day after this, I decided to go in to see if someone could locate it. The woman there looked in the back and said it was sent back on the 4th. I asked if it was at another building in the city, and she said it wasn't. She said she didn't know how long it would take to get back, but thought that it should be there by now.


I did eventually get an email response from Attitude:

And that it has been returned to us, however 99% of the time the mail service do not send it back to us and it sits unclaimed i the mail depot, most customers manage to recover it with a little pesistence.

Of course if it is returned to us we will reship it to you and email you to reconfirm the address.

Do any of you know what I could do at this point? How could I retrieve this? Or is it likely to be returned to Attitude sometime soon? I'm wondering if I should figure this lost money and make another order.

Personally I would just reorder else where.

yhea i ordered on the 22 and i dont have mine yet from the attitude, how long does it take this is like day 10 or so

well i am in italy, not in us. it took first order 1 week and i just received my second order and it too took one week. both were 7 days exactly.
oh i did send some of the order to the states and it took about 10 days for them to arrive.

So hopefully this week im counting on them

I made another order. It was sent to somebody else's house. The tracking was recently updated a day or so ago saying that it arrived in New York on the 28th. It seems the tracking updates pretty late. I wonder if it has already arrived. Would it have likely made it here by now to another major metro less than a thousand miles from New York?

I sell on eBay with the tracking saying nothing other than postage was paid for and eventually that the item was delivered. I remembered one set of shipments where the tracking for all (including those sent over 2-thousand miles away on the west coast) were delivered, but one that was sent to someone in the same state about a hundred miles away was not delivered.
