So I've had medical for a year now and i havent paid any attencion to any legislation since Before I got my card. I go into a dispencory and they say august 1st I have to fill out a form to shop there.So if I grow mine(all 6) I cant shop anyware.If I sign them up they will grow 3(and sell it to me at 400+ oz)and i can grow 3 (very cheap oz'ssssssss).WTF is this shit for real can I still shop around?And is trading bud illegal now?

Seems pretty simple to me, fuck them guys, you dont need them. take that 400+ an oz you would be paying them and get a good grow setup. You'll be alot better off. If it wasnt so late in the season you could get all your needs met(and more) from a relatively small outside grow. next year start seeds or get clones and keep them vegging for about 2 months(or earlier if you'd like) until its alright to put them outside, dig a great big hole in a place that gets plenty of direct light and fill it with high quality soil and fish guts and that sort of stuff. How long would a pound or 2(or even more possibley.) last you? You should get about that per plant outside if you follow my advice next year.

Just let me grow for you, ill give you oz's at 225 all day, free clones for my patients and 12 strains to choose from... Don't waste your time with the dispensaries in co springs, all save but a few are out to steal your money. Find a good caregiver who can offer you personalized service. Seriously find a private grower to produce the finest sensimillia of multiple strains for your enjoyment.
Edit. You will still be able to shop around at most places, they will just all require you to sign a "temporary caregiver rights" form to cover their butts. It makes them your caregiver for the day.

The State hasn't even finished writing the rules on running the program yet. The 2 new laws give permission to the CDPHE and the DOR to implement rules to run the program.
I believe you will still be allowed to patronize other MMJ Centers but the cemters will have their own rules. Like higher prices for non members, or may be not even allow non members to buy. Just shop around someone will take your money.
As stated, it's better to grow your own.

Under the new laws you can designate one center as your primary Medical Marijuana Center then you can shop anywhere you want without designating them as your new center. You can shop at any dispensary you want. [just thought it bears repeating].
Stay away from anybody that is lying to you in order to get you to sign over to their center.
There are some centers that are not out to screw you over. For example, we give anybody that designates us as their center a free 1/4 EVERY month and wholesale pricing [$200-$225 /oz]. For obvious reasons, we are currently we are at capacity. However, we will be able to put in a few more patients very soon as the garden catches up with demand.

I concur with that statement.. growing my own buds is the best thing I've ever done. Period.
not only do I not have to deal with shady/lazy/asshole dealers anymore.. but.. most the time.. what I grow is WAY better than the buds he has
available!

Personally.. I would advise you to grow indoors if possible.
Indoors, you don't have to worry about animals chewing on your babies; insects eating them; no worries about praying eyes.. or anything else really.
Indoors is great IMO.. I grow indoors specifically for the fact that, indoors.. I have complete control over my plants... and I don't even have to even
think about the possibility of someone stealing my plant(s); animals eating them; insects infesting them; or too much rain. I also can decide when
I want the plants to start flowering... with indoor growing.
The only thing, that outdoor growing is good for really.. is that the plant(s) get great light penetration from the natural sunlight.
But, again.. like I said.. outdoors... is a high gamble when it comes to growing cannabis.

Take your business elsewhere - you might not be able to shop at there money hungry shop but there are several other dispensaries out there that are more than happy to provide you with your medicine after Aug 1st.
However, there is nothing that beats smoking home grown chronic!
