@OzCocoLoco look for the white spots on my last pic and you can see the fabled white fly that only seems to fuck with people who happen to live South of Newcastle. These cunts lay eggs like nobodies business. For some reason they aren't interested in flowers (for me anyway) but there unsightly fuckers and they've gotta go
Wat happens if they are left to run rampant is the buds don' fill out as much as they should they lose quite a bit of smell and the weed doesn' have much of a taste
That was my exp outdoors with the greenhouse whitegly.. there are a couple varieties

I
Im pretty critical when it comes to pot but I’m more critical of my own then other people’s but if your going to pull a bud out I’ll have a smoke but I’ll be letting you know if it’s shit, there’s no point in telling someone they’ve grown nice weed when it’s not.
My old man still does 6-8 double paper joints a day at a minimum.
Im only critical cos my growing quality has gotten better tenfold

Any of your leaves getting purple looking blotches or colours
Nah, no bad side effects. To be honest I think I've probably killed most of the eggs and the damage is only on lowers (and only on leaf) but I want to get them off the plant. There's only a couple actual white flies still alive, plants are fine I just don't fancy the snap crackle pop of burning these eggs

I’m very critical of my own grow and buds I’m along way from where I would like to be as far as yields and quality go,it’s something I’m always looking to improve on and push harder with. It’s sort of strange because I’m the polar opposite of a perfectionist in every other aspect of my life but I’ve got a real O.C.D streak when it comes to growing.

When do you know when chillies are ready to pick ? I’m guessing when they are all an even red colour ?
Yeah I find they don' really ripen anymore once picked like tomatoes...just be wary some orange strains turn red ..ive been caught out before was picking orange full colour then noticed them going red or purple
First pick it pays to pick wat you thinks ready but then leave a couple on the Bush for another week to see if they change much more

Yup. They can ripen a bit after pulling them down but I reckon it's best to let them all get nice n red on the bush. Are you that far along? I'm only just getting the fruit setting now, still ages to go

I found that a couple got a bit redder last year after cropping them. Not a lot mind you but definitely got a deeper colour after a day or so

Needs more red. Red super hots = super hot. Orange still hot but not as much, also not as sweet
Agreed on second look closely ..id say another 4 or 5 days she will darken
But as dope said pick now still ok..just a bit less heat
Pick when fully red lot hotter PLUS the seeds are viable for next season if u want to save some
